•Working as Cad Leader (Design & Engg.) and responsibility broadly included all activities of detail engineering of water & waste water treatment plants and the job profile included the activities listed below
•Development of basic engineering package of the plant which includes preparation of flow chart, Lay out plan, Hydraulic flow diagram, P&I diagram etc.
•Preparation of Basic/Study drawings of all the units/structures of the plant for civil structural designer and for submission to the client/consultant.
•Preparation of the detailed drawings viz. mechanical GA drawing, piping isometric, yard piping, puddle pipes, pipe supports Piping Thrust block, Underground Piping & Piping Crossing details, Electrical Network & Crossing details, Shop drawing (Platform, Ladder, Cover plates etc.), As built Assembly, PID, Network piping, Layout (building & Road etc..), Safety layout & Safety Label drawing, Documents & Filling updated etc..
•Discussions and follow up with the clients/consultants for approval of drawings.
•Planning and managing team designers, which includes work planning as per the schedule, assigning the activities to every member and monitoring the progress.
•Deputation to Degremont Egypt July 2001 to Oct 2005 for Waste water Treatment project. I worked as a Cadd Leader.
•Deputation to Degremont France Feb 2006 to May 2006 for Doha West (Qatar) Sewage Treatment project. I worked as a Cadd Leader.
Involved in following projects as one of the Cad Leader’s in a team.
•135, 000 m3/day Sewage Treatment plant at DOHA WEST, QATAR
-Al Dur Independent Water & Power Project, Bahrain
Shriram Engineering Construction Co. Ltd one of the leading construction & Turnkey water treatment, etc.
Handled the entire co-ordination of drawings for individual turnkey projects.
Responsibilities as handled in Shiv Pad Engineers (P) Ltd.,
Project involving water, Sewage, Effluent, Sugar Industries & Chemical Treatment Plants etc.
Coordination with the engineers & senior officials on the preparation & Designing & Detail of the drawings and handled individual structural weight calculations for equipments for the above projects.
