specifcations, quality standards, and local regulations.
Serve as the central point of coordination, aligning all project participants
(including clients, contractors and subcontractors) to ensure seamless project execution.
Control, manage, and plan all project processes through to implementation;
prepare and deliver detailed progress reports and compliance documenta
tion to senior management.
Lead regular progress meetings with construction frms and their subcon
tractors; analyze project status, address challenges, and compile compre
hensive progress reports.
Monitor critical project timelines, identify potential delays, and develop
effective recovery plans to mitigate risks and keep the project on track.
Coordinate schedules and work packages directly with the Electrical Instal
lation Manager to ensure effcient workfow and integration of all construc
tion phases.
