•Advised and successfully concluded MM Group for Industry’s IPO offering of EGP 800mn on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. Deal concluded with a 9.23x oversubscribed institutional tranche and a 19.27x oversubscribed retail tranche.

•Advised and concluded Orascom Hotels & Development’s voluntary delisting of their Egyptian Depositary Receipts Program “EDRs” and conversion to regular stocks traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

•Advised Al Farasha for Flexible Packaging on its IPO offering of EGP 800mn.

•Advised El Shorouk Hospital on its majority stake sale worth EGP 200mn to Abraaj’s Healthcare Fund “Cleopatra Hospital Group.”

•Advised Ibn Sina Pharma on its minority stake sale worth EGP 150mn to the European Bank for Restructuring & Development “EBRD.”

•Advised Beltone Financial on its majority stake acquisition in Auerbach Grayson worth USD 30mn.

•Engaged on a sell-side mandate of a leading Egyptian Cookware manufacturer worth EGP 800mn.

•Independent Financial Advisor for Orange Egypt on the sale and leaseback of c.2, 005 towers to Eaton Towers.

•Performed annual audits, quarterly reviews and credit analysis as part of the financial services team for Qatar Exchange and the Commercial Bank of Qatar.

•Engaged in the audit and analysis of Qatar National Bank’s IPO subscription and allotment process for “Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding”.

•Part of the “Qatar Holding” audit pitch team, responsible for contacting and coordinating with the global KPMG partners in the respective industries to obtain fee quotes for the audit and tax services that are to be performed for QH’s overseas subsidiaries.
