Saudi Aramco Approved Quality Manager in clean fuel project responsible for all projects under Zamil Steel Construction in Ras-Tanaura Refinery like constructing Fired Heaters, Flare, Pipe Racks, PEB Buildings, ....etc.

In these roles I hold the following responsibly:

• Prepare ITP “Inspection and Test Plan” and PQP “Project Quality Plan” according to the project quality requirement and standards before project commencement
• Participate with PID in site inspection activities
• Improve the “PQI” by compliance with Schedule ”Q” requirements
• Participate with PID and Contractor engineering to solve technical problems encountered during execution phase
• Establish internal RFI system to ensure the fully compliance with ITP and PQP before raising to PID
• Control tools and devices calibration process to ensure its compliance to Schedule “Q” requirement
• Ensure the proper handling and storage condition for the special process consumables ( ex: welding and coating)
• Making sure that all Quality system Deliverables are submit as required by Schedule “Q”

Group five is one of the biggest manufacturer of API Spiral carbon steel pipes.
Produce and supply pipes for ARAMCO, SWECC, SICIP, TRANSCO, …. etc.
In these roles I hold the following responsibly:

• Prepare the Quality Plan, the Project’s quality procedures and the audit programs based on contractual, legal and internal requirements in order to ensure conformity of site activities.
• Review the prepared method statements, Inspection testing Plans, procedures, instructions and reports for each project and make the appropriate corrections to ensure their alignment to the overall system and applicable requirements.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work within area of responsibility so that resources are used effectively and work is completed within the set deadlines.
• Develop internal and external communication channels to ensure the proper implementation of the system.
• Set objectives and action plans, and monitor the operational performance of the project with regards to the preset objectives. Intervene in case of emergencies or major problems on-site and take the appropriate measures to prevent their redundancy.
• Plan and conduct regular on-site inspections and audits to verify the application of relevant procedures and guidelines and make appropriate recommendations to correct discrepancies.
• Review and validate reports, undertakes analysis, prepare ad-hoc documentation when needed, develop recommendations, and provide professional guidance and support relating to own area of specialty.
