Saudi Aramco Approved Quality Manager in clean fuel project responsible for all projects under Zamil Steel Construction in Ras-Tanaura Refinery like constructing Fired Heaters, Flare, Pipe Racks, PEB Buildings, ....etc.
In these roles I hold the following responsibly:
• Prepare ITP “Inspection and Test Plan” and PQP “Project Quality Plan” according to the project quality requirement and standards before project commencement
• Participate with PID in site inspection activities
• Improve the “PQI” by compliance with Schedule ”Q” requirements
• Participate with PID and Contractor engineering to solve technical problems encountered during execution phase
• Establish internal RFI system to ensure the fully compliance with ITP and PQP before raising to PID
• Control tools and devices calibration process to ensure its compliance to Schedule “Q” requirement
• Ensure the proper handling and storage condition for the special process consumables ( ex: welding and coating)
• Making sure that all Quality system Deliverables are submit as required by Schedule “Q”
• Interview Quality personal to confirm their qualification and related experience
• Participate in weekly and monthly meeting with PID
• Respond to NCRs & PARs and LBE on the prompt time
• Ensure the proper implementation of corrective actions
• Performing workshops and TBT with all involves to ensure the continual improvement

• The main responsibility is to ensure that the organisation’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
• Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems. Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organisation’s products.
• Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians
Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.

Group five is one of the biggest manufacturer of API Spiral carbon steel pipes.
Produce and supply pipes for ARAMCO, SWECC, SICIP, TRANSCO, …. etc.
In these roles I hold the following responsibly:
• Prepare the Quality Plan, the Project’s quality procedures and the audit programs based on contractual, legal and internal requirements in order to ensure conformity of site activities.
• Review the prepared method statements, Inspection testing Plans, procedures, instructions and reports for each project and make the appropriate corrections to ensure their alignment to the overall system and applicable requirements.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work within area of responsibility so that resources are used effectively and work is completed within the set deadlines.
• Develop internal and external communication channels to ensure the proper implementation of the system.
• Set objectives and action plans, and monitor the operational performance of the project with regards to the preset objectives. Intervene in case of emergencies or major problems on-site and take the appropriate measures to prevent their redundancy.
• Plan and conduct regular on-site inspections and audits to verify the application of relevant procedures and guidelines and make appropriate recommendations to correct discrepancies.
• Review and validate reports, undertakes analysis, prepare ad-hoc documentation when needed, develop recommendations, and provide professional guidance and support relating to own area of specialty.
• Liaise with the client/legal authorities where the project is executed, to be constantly up-to-date with applicable requirements and ensure compliance at all levels.
• Attend meetings, evaluate floor shop quality procedures and practices and come-up with recommendations and alternatives for continual improvement at the project level.
• Review, validate and finalize the documentation relevant to the project in order to gain the client’s approval, ensure their proper implementation and manage their traceability.
• Manage and motivate the team, appraise their work performance and recommend adequate trainings to enhance their motivation and improve their performance.

• The general responsibility of achieving the project “ship”
• Key role in directing the project team to develop the test & commissioning procedures.
• Manage & supervise the commissioning of various systems including Dynamic Positioning “DP” trials and FMEA, Electrical System, Generators, Thrusters and heavy Machinery Systems; Mechanical and Piping Systems; Integrated Automation Systems, Safety and Fire Systems, Offshore Crane, Position Mooring Systems
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including the Engineering disciplines and the Construction Team
• Responsible for functionally developing, managing and delivering the means and methods of the commissioning execution process
• Lead & direct all commissioning activities and teams
• Ensures best practices by developing pre-commissioning, commissioning protocols
Electricity Company
The company is a governmental sector that controls and operate the power distributions in
Alexandria city. It is responsible of supply power to the new neighborhoods and buildings, renewal
and maintaining the existing power grid both underground and overhead cables.
In this role I was assigned as:
