*Prepared all aspects of well testing operations in terms of SWT equipment, work programs, pressure / function test of SWT equipment / instruments, WT operations crew, PPE according field operations requirements in onshore & offshore *Completed all HESQ and operational documentation required (P&ID/ layouts drawings and datasheets of equipment, equipment list and materials, operations procedures and emergency response plan ) during and after each well test . *Implemented HESQ procedures as per company policies at the worksite prior to starting of well testing operations. *Performed all phases of well testing programs including Rig-up / down of SWT equipment, Hydro-test of flow lines, Clean- up, Flowback Test, Sampling, Treating, Measurement of parameters, preparation of Daily / Final WT reports . *Supervised WT operations activities according to companys SOP and engineering objectives of the well . *Reported to management on any potential hazards and incidents / accidents in a timely and efficient manner. *Supervised all operational aspects onsite for installing of production equipment / utilities & operating of Early Production facilities. *Monitored field staff of company and contractors to ensure that they are complying to companys HSE policies at worksite *Communicated with operations management to provide inputs for operations improvements in regards work program, operational parameters and any concerns, suggestions & ideas
