• Manage production operations activities in oil and gas fields and related production facilities.

• Monitored / controlled the field annual budget (OPEX / CAPEX) to ensure that expenditures are in the line with the business plan
• Planned the field operations activities to maximize Oil / Gas production rate and optimize the process of Crude Oil from the Wellbore to the Sales terminals in a safe and cost-effective manner .
• Liaised with field management to ensure that the annual work programs are carried out according to the timetable schedule.
• Formulated long-term and master plans with head office to ensure that operations plans are carried out in a timely manner, with coinciding with drilling and Work over programs ..
• Suggested and discussed any changes, which might be required for the enhancement of field production operations .
• Overseen routine production operations tasks and submitted the final production report to management on regular basis .
• Evaluated the possibilities of intervention operations to improve wells deliverability ( Workover, Side-Tracking, Production logging, Perforation, Shut-off, Pressure survey, Stimulation, Flowback test, Coiled tubing, Artificial lift, etc )
• Prepared and supervised wells intervention programs in coordination with service companies to execute programs as planned
• Prepared the necessary AFE’s and field operations programs prior to executing of operations activities
• Performed technical / commercial evaluation for bids of daily field operations services .
• Provided input to technical projects in Oil & Gas sectors with a focus on life-of-field operations stability to meet company goals
• Participated in monthly and annual operations meetings with government operational committees.
Supervised day-to-day all operations activities to meet the company’s production targets in a safe and cost-effective manner
• Maintained stable conditions throughout the crude oil flow process and sales operations in the central production facility including treating, storage, pumping /shipping, and gas compression/ re-injection.
• Worked closely with construction / maintenance teams to prioritize the maintenance of existing infrastructure (facilities / pipelines).
• Supported team performance to execute work efficiently and safely through production KPI’s.
• Prepared Wells surveillance programs and conducted production maintenance plan to improve wells performance .
• Planned and supervised all stages of constructing and commissioning of early production facilities as per API standards.
• Ensured that all operational data are accurately collected, analyzed, and promptly reported to management.
• Ensured that operations team is fully aware of plant status using logbooks, toolbox meetings, handovers & risk assessments
• Provided on-site direction and training to ensure competence and appropriate training for operations and maintenance teams.
• Managed the production budget by controlling the monthly spending, identifying cost reduction opportunities & justifying activities performed by contractors based on work scopes and operations requirements.
• Ensured availability of spare parts and chemical stocks by reviewing inventories regularly and issuing material requisitions to maintain adequate stocks required for operations activities.
*Prepared all aspects of well testing operations in terms of SWT equipment, work programs, pressure / function test of SWT equipment / instruments, WT operations crew, PPE according field operations requirements in onshore & offshore *Completed all HESQ and operational documentation required (P&ID/ layouts drawings and datasheets of equipment, equipment list and materials, operations procedures and emergency response plan ) during and after each well test . *Implemented HESQ procedures as per company policies at the worksite prior to starting of well testing operations. *Performed all phases of well testing programs including Rig-up / down of SWT equipment, Hydro-test of flow lines, Clean- up, Flowback Test, Sampling, Treating, Measurement of parameters, preparation of Daily / Final WT reports . *Supervised WT operations activities according to companys SOP and engineering objectives of the well . *Reported to management on any potential hazards and incidents / accidents in a timely and efficient manner. *Supervised all operational aspects onsite for installing of production equipment / utilities & operating of Early Production facilities. *Monitored field staff of company and contractors to ensure that they are complying to companys HSE policies at worksite *Communicated with operations management to provide inputs for operations improvements in regards work program, operational parameters and any concerns, suggestions & ideas
