•Responsible for Review & Reply all contractual obligations related to planning attend all related meetings, Monitor the current progress and compare with the planned develop and update Master Design and Supervision schedule to monitor project time schedules prepare overall design earning reports prepare a profit and loss report for projects Monitor and review project design budgets and variations develop and update the resources planning schedule reviewing and consolidating budgets and cost forecasting of projects reviewing contacts and ensuring effective contract administration and management Exercising overall project management and coordination starting from feasibility study through the operational phase preparing periodic cash flow study and plan preparing cash flow and coordinating with finance for budgeting and cost allocation and project funding with the Finance Department ensuring effective time control, scheduling updates responsible for the development and provision of contracting services
•Participates in business development efforts by gathering and presenting a variety of background data. May be required to make informal or formal presentations.
•Manage, train and mentor a team of Senior Planners to take upon all planning, scheduling, claims management, reporting duties Establish and implement state of the art program wide planning and claims procedures
•Review claims, prepare sound recommendation and present it to the client, support senior planners with a robust schedule analysis using different techniques
