1/ the Order POs from Customers
2/ Issuing PR with supplier and reviewing the quotation,
3/record the Performa invoice at the system.
4/ follow the shipment with Shipper Company.
5/record all invoices after stocking all items.
6/Preparing all reports " accounting and procurement
1/ Comparing and evaluate offers from suppliers.
2/Negotiation contract terms of agreement and pricing.
3/Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
4/Reviewing Quality of purchased products.
5/Managing the entries for order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices)
into internal databases.
6/Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery
information and invoices.
7/Preparing reports on purchase, including cost analysis.
8/ Monitoring stock levels and places orders as needed.
9/Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
purchases all company needs such as (Feed, Additives Feed, VET, raw
materials, packing, spare parts, printing and any accessories )
Application of the documentary cycle of procurement
Monitor all purchase orders and maintain regular follow up with all
suppliers and customers and coordinate with vendors.
Prepare and submit detailed reports (revenues, buying expenditures etc.)
Etc.
