Responsibilities
1. Oversees the process of regulation of laws in the organization
2. Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
3. Initiates investigative procedures in case there is a violation of procedures, policies, rules or regulations.
4. Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
5. Overview the margin disk operations, and prepares the rules and procedures for operating the disk
6. Generating reports concerning the client cash and stock positions.
7. Dealing with the customers complaints and taking the appropriate procedures for clearing it
8. Dealing with all the regulating authorities (EFSA, EGX, MCDR) in any issues relating to the company.
