Reporting to Program Manager, I am responsible for managing and leading the Security Program with a quarterly revenue of USD 200, 000. I am heading the Security project delivery with Subcontractors and Vendors. The 40-member team includes 2 Project leads, 4 System Leads and 4 Sub-contractors with Quality, Safety, Technical Leads. The key responsibility includes managing program resources and overseeing finances to ensure that the project progresses on time and within the budget.
•Review and revise the operational aspects of the account with the reporting managers on a weekly basis.
•Ensure compliance with project standards and quality assurance procedures.
•Risk management - Early identification and preparation of mitigation strategies.
•Complete quarterly and year end performance appraisal for all direct reports, Mentoring the individual team members.
•Maintain a strong relationship with key customer stakeholders within the customer environment and work towards strengthening the relationship and ensure customer delight.
•Cultivate key client relationships within the engagement, which could lead to new business opportunities in the form of Change Requests.
•Represent Wipro in Governance Reviews with senior leadership teams.

Reporting to Vice President, I am responsible for managing and leading the Security projects presales activities with a projects value more than USD 10, 00, 000 in value. I am heading the Security projects solutioning team which includes the estimation engineers, bid engineers and solution designers. The key responsibility includes managing the complete bidding overseeing finances to ensure that the proposals are met the RFQ/RFP requirements.
•Vendor management and solution finalization.
•Responsible to conduct Site survey, customer meetings, requirement gathering & pre-bid meetings.
•Responsible to identify the best proven open solutions which is fit for the purpose and meet the RFQ/RFP requirements and cost effective.
•Responsible for the detailed engineering for PSIM, LRDAS, SACS, ANPR, CCTV, Video Analytics, Platform, AV Solutions, Control room solution and Security Network.
•Responsible to create the scope of work document and finalize with Customer post order confirmation.

Reporting to Chief Security Officer of Adani Group, I was responsible for do the risk assessment for the Adani Group industries which includes Ports, Power plants, SEZ, Corporate offices, Adani gas & other group of industries. Based on the assessments will create countermeasures and suggest the required physical security deployment for the plants. The key responsibility includes preparation of FEED package and RFQ’s for the Physical security system deployments. Directly handled all Adani group location (48 sites) projects with minimum 2 manpower at each site.
•Responsible to conduct Site survey & Risk assessments for the plants jointly with Security Operations teams and third-party consultants.
•Responsible to create the optimized solutions to mitigate the threats and risks identified at the time of assessments.
•Conduct the proof of concept for the solution designed during the FEED and create the detailed RFQ with multiple choices of vendors components.
•Prepare the internal estimations to support the commercial team.
•Conduct the Prebid meeting once the RFQ published and clarify all the Prebid queries for the bidders.
•Support the procurement team on the Techno commercial activities on all the published RFQ(tenders)
•Heading the technical project management for the awarded projects to ensure the vendor implements the correct solution which is mutually agreed on the SOW. Manage the project change requests and support the commercial teams on finalizing the change values/cost.
•Responsible to approve the FAT, SAT, System commissioning and PAT.
•Monitor and Maintained the system performance of all Adani group sites post system commissioning.
•Managed the team for RMA for all the systems and process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.
•Managed all the interconnect and integration of security systems with Corporate HCM, Business applications and ERP systems
Reporting to Technical Support Manager, I was responsible for provide the onsite support for the security systems deployments of Solus. Do the frequent visit for the customer sites to resolve the technical issues on the servers and the edge components. Key responsible was to provide the on call and onsite supports for the premium customers in pan India locations
Reporting to Branch Operations Manager, I was responsible for provide the onsite support for the IT and Communication systems deployments of branches across Gujarat state of India. Do the frequent visit for the branch offices to resolve the technical issues on the Servers, CCTV, DVR, Access Control Systems, network and Workstation Computers. Key responsible was to provide the on call and onsite supports
