Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining computer system, server, network equipment and all other electronic devices of the company consisting 12 branches in UAE.
• Installation and configure of all software and hardware equipment for the Branch POS and other IT Hardware equipment for the Office use.
• Providing support for all troubleshoot technological issues which includes printers, fax machines, Xerox machines, electrical and network infrastructure, application software, system and replacing parts as required.
• Providing Back up for all critical data onto magnetic mediums and archiving it onto DVD or CD ROMs and maintaining secondary boot drives in case of server failure to minimize down time.
• Providing user training, support, advice in SELZ & SAP.
• Adding / Deleting and maintaining new user login accounts for SAP & SELZ, Domain accounts, e-mail accounts, authentication and security protocols for common drive sharing folders with privileges and file access permission.
• Remain on call at all times to assist any staff members in need of tech support as well as verifying the server is correctly functioning.
• Create IT policies that support the efforts of other departments within the company.
• Provide beneficial technology solutions.
• Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of IT assets across the company
• Continuously working closely with the Head quarter (Italy) IT Team for all open issues tasks until completion.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports i.e. diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Any other duties that may be required by your Manager or the Company, these duties may be required from time to time.
