Responsible for HR department for Kuwait, Qatar, Oman & Malaysia with all the 4 countries Labour Law and arranged a professional HR department for the above and setup a HR team, involved in new staff mobilization to the projects on government project visas, provided HR Induction, handled general HR regulations, trainings, staff mobilization, visa issues, legal document regulations, reviewed and implemented HR policies and procedures, designed and implemented improvement of employee development plans, payroll including salary, leave pay, final settlement etc., lead admin team and training them to use Open ERP software, arranging air ticket, accommodation, lease agreement, labour camp, created camp rules & regulations, mess, transport, printing, mobile, stationary, and Lead as MR to certify ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSHAS18001:2007etc.
Duties and responsibilities including experienced in the various field such as interviews, HR regulations, staff mobilization, visa issues, handling employee issues, legal document regulations, payroll issues, office set-up, business development, plan, direct, supervise and coordinate with office admin issues with QMS, BMS regulations, arranging travel, accommodation, transports, insurance, advertising, maintaining annual leave records, arranging office furniture, stationeries, printing, rental cars, shipments, telecom, office facilities, customs clearance etc. with support staff, Maintain confidentiality in all matters related in a timely and professional manner, preparing agreements, negotiation with supplier, co-ordinate with intercompany issues, responsible for IT, QSE, Marketing, banks, ministries related works.
