• Creating and Owning the P&ID for the project.
• Owing the Frame Module (Structural Member) irrespective of all Platforms.
• To Lead the COE (CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE) team of respective project to make sure an efficient and sustainable design with timely deliverables.
• COE team mainly concentrates on developing Alternate Refrigerants (Co2) systems.
• Since COE is a research oriented team, I was primarily involved in New product Development, Prepare man hour estimation for the project and Allocate task to team members.
• Job nature includes, communicating with the client (Wallmart, Auchan, Piggly Wiggly etc) and understanding their requirement.
• Depending on the requirement of the Client, gathering all inputs and relevant data. Co-ordinate with cross-functional team like CFD & FEA to ensure interfaces of proposed system design.
• To attend meetings and close co-ordination with Clients for Requirements, Design Review and Approvals.

• To update FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for reliable component after reliability testing is over.
