• Developed the website along with the agency to take Rasasi to the next level technologically. Incorporated digital platform in the expansion of revenue module, developed a MARCOM tool.
• Worked single handedly and created an exposure and awareness of Rasasi in the markets of GCC, Europe and Far Eastern markets and India. This was a major revenue boast to the company and much needed support to the Sales and Business Development team to push products to retailers/distributors and expand market demographically.
• My idea to put the consumer at the centre of all marketing initiatives, through coffee morning or loyalty program, increased customer retention.
•Budgeted and implemented participation in selective international fairs & exhibitions given Rasasi a huge exposure in international markets and streamlined the participation evaluation system.
•My regular interaction with media and Government bodies kept Rasasi at the top of their mind and made work easier.
