Electrical:
Fault finding on overhead cranes, AC motors, electrical drives, PLC, automated machines, local electrical panels and CNC machinery. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and to operate HMI panels (SCADA/ WinCC. Worked with PLC software/ programming to enable production to continue.
Mechanical:
Fault finding in hydraulic systems and Pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. Worked on grease systems and water systems, pumps, rollers, valves and actuators. De- assemble and assemble of machinery and components. Work on crushers, feeders and conveyor systems .
Maintenance Technical support in Ilmenite Furnace ramp up.
Advisor and Technical support in AC electric Arc Furnace and Slagger Treatment plant.
Routine inspection on conveyor Belt lines. Routine inspection on ship loaders, re-claimers and Stackers. Preventive maintenance. Gearbox, conveyor belts, and pulleys maintenance. Do tasks according to job cards
