• Oversee and manage the manufacturing plant activities and following departments: Production, Quality, PMC, buying, Sourcing, R&D, HR, Finance
• Define with HQ the short and long term business planning and budgeting of the company.
• Maintain consistent cost reductions
• Follow up and keep under control factory budget, cash flow and invoices
• Hire, develop and lead the buying and project development team
• Estimate costs based on briefs
• Define the buying strategy
• Set up a subcontractors network and means to survey and evaluate them
• Commissioning of the plant compliance with local laws
• Build up 3 workshops and a machine department with all related processes and controls
• Lead production, establish planning and ensure good communication with sales
• Set up production processes
• Lead quality team and ensure that the quality conforms to specifications
• Certification SA8000 of the factory
• Supervise safety of facility and employees

ODEA Asia has a factory in South China manufacturing textile accessories and a sales and trading office in Hong Kong

Based in Hong Kong, still supervising the factory in China and in charge of:
• Oversee and responsible for all Hong Kong sales and trading office operations
• Act as Sales Director
• Develop new business
• Follow customers’ orders
• Build a network of industry partners and effectively manage all business opportunity development
• Expand the scope of the activities, sourcing, developing and including various new products to the catalogue
• Follow up the whole process, from merchandising, product development to mass production
• Ensure quality compliance with our standards in agreement with our customers’
• Ensure on time delivery
• Identify our competitors’ price range

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies
• Develop and maintain sound business relationships with suppliers in Asia
• Ensuring factories meet legal, safety and ethical requirements
