Provides accurate maintenance history and closeout reports of all completed jobs per company
requirements.
Troubleshoot, repair/replace faulty electrical equipment and system.
Conduct daily maintenance activity, troubleshoot, repair, preventive maintenance of

9. Provides a support during electrical equipment failure investigation, troubleshooting and
perform high-skilled diagnose.
Performs skilled electrical work of all types in shop or field. May provide work direction to lower class
electricians as required.
1. Inspect electrical equipment to determine the extent if repairs required using test equipment
such as VOLTMETER, AMMETER, OHMMETER, MEGGER.
2. Disassembles electrical equipment, makes wiring diagrams, replace or repair parts such as
switches, control elements, winding test and diagnose malfunctions.
3. Makes repair to motors, check for electrical integrity, undercuts and re assemble electrical
equipment’s. Make proper internal and external connections.
4. Install, maintains and repairs wiring system, set power of lighting boards and panels, motor and
controls. Install fixture, check and test before put in service.

Ensures compliance of all times permit to work procedure.
Witness functional test did by contractor if there is some faulty or inaccurate connection as per
schematic diagram procedure.
Functional test of switchgear or pre commissioning of switch gear to check the condition if that is
perfectly working. Check the selector switch control for OFF, AUTO MODE, LOCAL MODE, and in
PARALLEL FUNCTIONS are working correctly and the time of cutting off the incomer breaker and bus tie
breaker is accurate timing when they encounter under voltage.
Motor protection relay parameter check. Insures that all input parameter is fit to the motor design. And
all functions is working perfectly
Manage the hi pot testing of bus duct, bolt torqueing, continuity resistance megger testing and megger
test of LV and HV bus duct.
Manage the pre commissioning of motors which already installed in site. Check the avaibility of motor if
that is faulty during installation or not. Conduct insulation resistance test of the winding of motor, shaft
performance and bearing check.
Transformer functional test. Check the performance of transformer during test run. Check the rotation
of fan motor if that is correct, Check the settings of all alarms if that is functioning like High WINDING
Alarms and trip, HIGH TEMPERATURE ALARM AND TRIP, BUCKOLS ALARM AND TRIP SEAL IN RAPID
PRESSURE RELAY ALARM AND TRIP.
Ensures all activity should be reported to supervisors for further review and actions
