Primary responsible on store for every items, stock delivery, merchadising, items lost, and assure customers are properly assisted on whatever items or perfume they required.
Also responsible on a monthly stocks inventory.
Receiving delivery items from the warehouse, and preparing necessary arrangements for displaying the new received items.
Toys are segrageted according to categories such as age, brand and gender prior to display items in the selling area /showroom.
Fashion items are also segrageted as per brand, age, gender for easy reference to all customers. Displaying fashion /garment items are based on the layout given by the visual merchandising department, suggestion sometime are considered.
Providing good customer service and making sure we deliver a better service to achieve a repeat business is one of our goal.
General reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and directly monitors vessel arrivals and prepares necessary notices sent to government authorities. Prepares other documents necessary pertaining to operations, and other vessel requirements.
Vessel arrival and departures condtion are properly reported to the international counterpart as part of our agreements as thier agent in the Philippines.
Vessels operational discharging of cargo are minitored on a daily basis and also need to send a progress report to our counterpart abroad.
Prepares and process requirements of import product including computation of assigned duties and taxes due to the government under the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines.
Personally monitors the delivery of imported cargoes to our clients warehouse upon completion of all import requirements from the Bureau of Customs.
Primary responsible in preparing requirement of import product and computation of assigned duties and taxes due to the government under the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines .
Co - ordinate destination of the cargo and prepare the necessary document for export shipment and coordinate with freight forwarder/shipping line for confirmation of booking schedule.
