•Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification; monitoring hygiene; taking safety measures as per the quality standards.
•Managing the FG inventory level at the least; monitoring and controlling the transit time for imports and exports within accepted limits.

•Setting up 3PL warehouses & establishing SOP for 3PL warehouses in Chennai, Bangalore and Philippines.
•Establishing new freight forwarders, designing Standard operating procedures for forwarders.
•Managing contracts between freight forwarders; involved in freight optimization using Mode selection/air-sea model/forwarder selection for shipments.
•Controlling and managing external warehouses in Chennai, Bangalore, CSEZ & Philippines.
•Managing logistics functions, negotiating with transporters & C&F Agents for cost effective transport solutions & clearances.
