To oversee project processes and execution to ensure optimal use of resources. To ensure that projects are processed in a timely manner, observing best practice.
Hold bottom line accountability and control over a 10M EGP/year budget for over 6 running projects.
Succeeded to win the customer reliability and trust (Sole supplier for Chrysler, Nissan, Suzuki, Toyota, General Motors & Ghabbour)
• Assess projects and make recommendations for feasibility and resource allocation.
• Set up action plans with specifications for project to be undertaken and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Evaluate cost effectiveness of products and projects, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
• Set up control plans to ensure projects are on track, within allocated timeframe and resource optimization.
• Follow up with team and other departments on project execution stages; eg samples
• Provide on the job training for trainees and new employees, in liaison with annual training plan.
• Submit scheduled reports on project status, department activities and resource utilisation
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Discuss with engineers, owners on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
• Establish and maintain tendering process, and conduct negotiations.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates -- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Deliverables & Outcomes:
• Organizing weekly committee reviews with key account operation team to resolve open issues and ensure progress stability.
• Problems evaluation reporting.
• Ensuring the resolution of technical incidents that may affect the project progress
• Ensuring the execution of running projects proportionally with project implementation/base line budget plan.
• Integrate all new services into Technical Support Operations. All services integrated according to planning and Technical Support Needs.
• Network Quality Auditing (Problem with expected solution date and linked to responsible person) including document control (FMEA, CP, Flow Chart, Quality plan, etc…) according to ISO/TS 16949, ANPQP, PSO, PPAP and QSB System.
