AIS OEM customers are - MSIL, HSIEL, TOYOTA, Volks Wagon, TATA, Mahindra &
Mahindra, Bombardier (Metro Coach Manufacturer), Ashok Leyland, etc.
1. Incoming Inspection of direct material.
2. Exposer in Float glass process quality. Approval and selection of Float glass
Supplier.
3. Approval of PPAP documents with suppliers in co-ordination with Materials
department.
4. Internal Quality Auditor (Quality Management System): Conducting Internal Audits
5. Conducting system and process audits at supplier end.
6. Ensure incoming inspection and testing of materials as per PQC table.
7. Revalidation of materials as per PQC table.
8. Feedback to the Raw Material supplier after usage.
1. Product quality inspection as per quality plan /Specifications.
2. Immediate reporting to Production Supervisor /Production Manager, in case of
Quality issue (on product).
3. Quarantine and inspect the suspected materials (to avoid flow out of rejections to
Customer end).
4. Incoming Inspection of direct material.
5. Pre-dispatch Inspection of outgoing material.
6. Customer complaint handling:
7. Analyses of customer return material (s).
8. Taking countermeasures to prevent / occurrence of the problem and submitting
countermeasure report to Customer.

company, the largest manufacturer of all kinds of Air Conditioners and Air Conditioning
Equipment’s in the Middle East.
The company’s OEM customers spread over major brands such as “GE, SANYO, HOT
POINT etc.
Job Responsibilities include :
9. Raising Quality Abnormality countermeasure report to suppliers in case of
abnormality.
10. Ensuring effective implementation of countermeasures agreed by suppliers to the
quality abnormality countermeasures report raised.
11. Localization of child parts- developing new parts locally, in co-ordination with
Materials department.
