Handling O&M for Dubai airports (Terminals -1, 2, 3) along with stakeholder management. Supporting seamless integration of expansion projects into ongoing operational system while introducing site and management reforms.
Have been involved in setting up the first live training center in Middle East/Asia for Siemens while identifying and carrying out assessment and training process Orr a workforce of more than 700 workforce.
Awarded by Siemens for handling crisis situation during Emirates crash landing while optimizing resources to handle effectively with all stakeholders and senior oat management.

Currently I am working at Delhi International Airport - Terminal 3 as Shift Manager- Airport Systems. I had worked on design & development of T-3 project from 2008-2010 as a lead mechanical engineer. I had prepared sit layouts, interface drawings, 2D/3D Autocad models for different sections/views/structural design requirements. Also since past 2 yrs I have been working on the post project phase & expansion along with Operations & Maintenance of the specialized airport systems (including Baggage Handling System, VDGS, PSE, etc).

During the project phase I contributed my services in Structural/Mechanical design development on 2D/3D, site execution & installation works, Interface management, procurement works, commissioning, etc.

Apart from the mentioned skills, I do also possess edge in marketing, strategic planning involving measures to improvise revenue model, client handling, which supposedly can be helpful in providing an additional value to my organizational role.
