Company Profile-Aamby Valley Limited is in real estate and hospitality business having Eleven SPVs. Each SPVs have its own business like City development Project, Airport Development Project, Hotels & Resort Development Project, Entertainment Services Project, Sports Activity Project, Mega Retails Project School Development Project etc. This is an Independent India’s first planned self contained aspirational city.
•Handling Finalisation, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit Tax Audits (Including Transfer Pricing Domestic and International both), Special Audit and Tax Assessment for all eleven SPVs.
•Attending Various Statutory Department for regular IT assessment, for replying to notices issues by the department time to time.
•Advising various units and internal departments on various tax issues.
•Managing all direct tax matters including monthly TDS liability payment, preparing and filing Corporate Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, etc. to comply with the statutory taxation norms.
•Ensuring smooth conduct of Tax audits and Managing and finalising the Tax audit report, with Auditors and ensuring compliance of statutory provisions.
•Discussion with Consultant for any doubts regarding direct and indirect taxations.

•Successfully appointed as the team leader handling a team of 4 members to analyze and interpret accounting information, formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions while proficiently arranging funds for payment of such expenses.
•Responsible for all finance functions i.e. financial accounting, finalisation of accounts, cash management, MIS, budgeting, working capital management, statutory compliance, daily routine accounting and banking matters.
Also responsible for preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, compliance with all statutory & tax regulations, budgeting and credit control.
•As a team leader look after 2 under development projects and allocate (Capital and revenue) expense to project. In charge of activities starting right from opening of requisites ledgers to the capitalization of all pre-operative cost management of finance department etc.
•Calculate Quarterly EBIDTA.

Hands-on experience in end to end finalization of Financial Statements, Managinng all types of Audits like ICV Audits, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit Reports (Including Transfer Pricing Domestic and International both) in line with relevant Accounting Standards, Regulations and Guidelines.
•Successfully Implemented VAT accounting in ERP System. Monitoring of routine VAT Accounting, VAT Return.
•Abreast with various financial activities and can effectively define the financial objectives and can design & implement systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls. Process Improvement, Product cost reduction.
•Successfuly Upgraded ERP-R-12 from ERP-R-11 in Emirates Industrial Gases Co. LLC, and implemented SAP systems (Migration from old accounting package to SAP
