4) Participating Techno-commercial discussions.
5) Checking of fabrication drawings prepared by Draughtsman, preparation / checking of design
calculations for Pressure vessels/ Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers/Columns/Tanks etc
6) Co-ordination with Various Sub-vendors for process / bought out items, co-ordination with
Various inter-disciplines during project execution.
7) Dealing with Registered Professional Engineers & ASME Authorized Inspectors for Designs approval.
8) Apart form Design and Engineering as prime focus, I have handled responsibilities as Project Engineer as well

➢ Preliminary Design of Static Equipment like Pressure vessels, columns and heat Exchangers at bidding stage and liaising with Proposal team for Inputs required for bidding.
➢ Liaising with Proposal Team for Technical Bid, attending Techno-commercial meetings.
➢ Attending Kick-off meeting for project execution.
➢ Perusing of Specifications in detail for specific requirements like Sour Service (NACE/HIC) or any specific requirements prior to starting of Engineering activities,
➢ Designing of Pressure vessels, columns and heat Exchangers as per applicable Design code like ASME Sec VIII Div-1/2 and TEMA during detail engineering phase.
➢ Designing of API-650 Tanks
➢ Performing WRC 107/PD550 Analysis for nozzle loadings (UG 22) during detail engineering.
➢ Leading a team of 4 draftsmen & 2 Design Engineer.
➢ Checking of detail fabrication drawings prepared by draughtsman.
➢ Dealing with Sub-Vendors for Sizing calculation, Thermal Design of Heat Exchangers, Process Design of various internals pertinent to various kind of Static Equipments
➢ Dealing with clients appointed Design Consultancies for various quarries related to design & approval of Drawings / Calculations' during detail engineering.
➢ Reviewing Design with Third party authorized inspector like VELOCI
➢ Dealing with Fabrication team for resolving engineering related issues.
➢ Design & drawing review for Piping & Skid mounted equipments.
