- Formulate the technology needs of the company based on requirements, system design, architecture, deliver and manage the technology backbone of the company
-Manage the entire Bangalore center with a total team strength of 25. Supervise & run customer support operations to support and run the business.
-Technology planning, design & development, operations support, marketing support, infrastructure management within a limited budget
-Continuous development to improve customer experience and automate business processes and reporting.
I am a Co-founder of the company and own 7% equity.

- Design, architect and develop & manage the technology needs as per the road map. These include website & consumer focused AR app & franchise focused VR solution.
- Manage Bangalore center which houses technology team & customer support operations to support and run the business.
