· Project Architect with 20yrs experience, of which 13 years as company director, winning new business
& ensuring existing clients became repeat clients.
· Managed, developed and coached an experienced, professional team of architects and interior design
specialists on significant contracts both in Ireland and internationally to design high profile,
contemporary hotels, bars and restaurant complexes in a competitive hospitality market.

· Vast on-site experience of construction covering a broad range of projects incorporating hospitality,
retail, mixed-use and residential developments in Ireland, UK, Australia, Europe, USA, & Jordan.
· Hands on leader, directing all architectural design, production drawing and design reviews, ensuring
continuity of design and increasing quality standards coupled with achieving improvements to internal
design discipline coordination.

Projects include the new 5 Star Hilton Hotel in Riyadh, the Central Markets Authority Office Tower (79 storeys) in King Abdullah Financial Centre, Riyadh and new headquarters for Saudi Electric Company.
Managing design and fit out of Commercial Interior Design projects worldwide including hotels, bars, restaurant, night clubs in USA, Australia, UK, Middle East.
