• Analysis of sales volumes achieved by key international markets, key supermarkets, stores & investigate reasons for increase / drop in sales.
• Supply Chain planning to ensure timely procurement & delivery of products to markets in Africa.

• Liaising with internal vendors for validation of new complex reports and modifications to existing complex reports via OBIEE & BI

• Development of analytical weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports based on service requests received by service units, highlighting trends & key areas of improvement, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Preparation of custom detailed adhoc Dashboards and Service unit snapshots for management review.
• Development of MI’s & KPI’s covering areas of service level, benchmarks (if any) and activities.
• Streamline capture and maintenance of customer requests/complaints by developing/maintaining MS Access Databases (using Visual Basic & SQL Server) for various channels.
• Management of Internet Banking queries/issues faced by Dubai First customers and updation of trackers.
• Preparation of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts & testing to ensure satisfactory functioning of the website & highlighting & tracking issues with timely closure.
• Creation of Monthly Gift Redemption files for the entire Sales volume (Balance Transfer & Smart Cash) amounting to 50 million AED per month & Monthly Incentive files for Sales & Banc Assure for Audit by Operations departments as per agreed timelines.
• Reporting directly to Assistant Vice President (AVP) of the Unit (Head of the Division) for Adhoc reports, SPOC for Operations, Internal Control, Service Quality and Financial Control departments.
• Approve/Decline 100-150 odd incidents created by Telesales on merit, on a daily basis.
• Content Manager & Auditor for DELL’s website in approx. 50 countries in 15 languages in the US, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific regions.
• Generated various reports via querying of databases using MS SQL and other RDBM’s software’s.
