* Helping clients to find suitable candidate to fill their vacancies.
* Making phone calls to candidates who are judged to be eligible.
* Conducting phone interviews with prospective candidates.
* Describing the work duties, salary and benefits of a particular vacancy.
* Screening, testing and assessing candidates.
* Developing a relationship with interviewees.
* Arranging interviews with candidates who have been short listed for a position.
* Drawing up short lists of suitable candidates.
* Involved in negotiating the salary with the candidate.
* Updating the database with the details of potential candidates.
* Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may
already be in work
* Calling up a candidate and informing them if they have been successful or unsuccessful in
their application.
* Develops and manages candidate relationships within chosen competency

* Handling End to End Recruitment Process (IT & Non-IT).
* Maintaining & Building the Recruitment Database/MIS.
* Liaise with recruitment agencies.
* Maintaining employee records.
* Track the daily attendance of the employees.
* Assist the accounts department for making the salaries of employees.
* Convey the Policies and rules to the employees.
* Negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions.
* Present the employees performance report in front of CEO.
* Conducting campus drive.
* Handling End to End Recruitment Process
* Having exposure with both IT & Non-IT Recruitment.
* Expertise in the areas of Staffing, Recruiting, Sourcing, Team Handling, Reporting, Vendor
Management, Sourcing, Interviewing.
* Client Handling, Salary Negotiation, Executive Hiring, Contract Recruitment.
* Maintaining & Building the Recruitment Database/MIS
* Leads generation through cold calls or through the resume from the database
* Speaking to the leads and converting lead to prospects.
* Searching the database/web/jobsites to source out the required resumes and updating the old
resources from database/web/jobsites/Social Network sites.
* Preliminary screening/short listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
of the resume sourced through headhunting.
* Communicating (via Phone/Email) to the screened/short-listed resumes and checking their
availability and interests
* Forward the interested candidate resumes to clients against requirements.
* Maintain excellent resume to interview conversion ratio.
* Interview co-ordinations and scheduling the shortlisted resumes.
* Counseling and convincing the candidate for the respective career options and fixing an
appointment.
* Prepare call letter for the candidates.
* Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Interviews
* Conducted surveys to find out the salary ranges in the market for different positions
