• Responsible for submission of monthly MIS Reports:
Operating Report deals with analyzing the operating performance of the company in comparison with the Budgeted and corresponding previous period’s performance.
Performance Review Report is a further elaborative extension of the Operating Report which gives information as to the overheads charged against the profits in detail. Variances against the budget are analyzed and reasons for the same are sought from the accountants handling respective business units.

Various compliances with the Indian Companies Act, 1956 by private as well as public limited companies and with other Indian legislations viz. Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992.
• Member of the team engaged in Budgeting. The team consisting of 3 personnel was entrusted with the responsibility of inducting in place the Department wise Budgets with October 2008- September 2009 as the base year.
• Product Costing: The organization has recently switched over to SAP environment with CO module under development. Part of the team engaged in Product Costing.
