Review of Contractor's work Program Submissions including all narratives and supporting
Information and provide analysis and Findings to the team
• Review, and convey the Engineer’s consent to the Contractors’ Baseline program of works in line
with the Contract
• Review and prepare responses to the correspondence letters related to the project planning and
controls to Contractors as well to Client PWA
• Support in Evaluate Contractor's Extension of Time request and Support in Preparation of Engineer’s
initial report, impacted programs using suitable delay analyzing techniques to support/substantiate
the Engineer’s recommendations on contractor’s claims
• Compilation of correspondences, drawings, and other contemporaneous substantial records with
coordination of site staff and contractor personnel to analyze Contractor’s Extension of time.
• Prepare and submit Detailed progress reports (Weekly and Monthly), MOM, and Presentations to
the Client at a regular interval
• Assist Senior Resident Engineer and Consultant Teams in tracking the project against its baseline
schedule.
• Commenting on Contractor’s slow progress and identifying concurrent delay during course of
execution.
• Identify the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events and suggest/provide mitigation
measures to minimize those delays
• Assist Senior Resident Engineer and Consultant Construction Team to advise Contractor on recovery
plans of off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
• Support in developing a project Risk management plan to assess project risks for both Contractor
and consultant
• Support in developing, updating, and implementing Performance KPIs for the Contractor.
• Support in developing the plans, procedures, and systems for the project planning and scheduling
and then implementing with updates.

Responsible for reporting, planning and risk management for the $3 Billion Doha Metro
Red Line South project, delivering a modem metro system critical to Qatar's infrastructure
development.
- Developed and implemented the project reporting processes, systems and databases to
deliver high quality, meaningful information to the project team.
- Developed automated reporting solutions that have enhanced the effectiveness of a
lean team using standard office products to produce professional quality reports
- Lead best practices for reporting, lessons learned and performance management
throughout the project
- Lead the risk management practices through critical phases of the project
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Project Master Schedule, 12 Week & 5 Week Look Ahead Schedules, tracked
actual construction progress against planned using Earned Value Analysis and Key
performance indices (KPI’s), identified potential slippages and proposed steps to avoid /
mitigate delays
Estimation, planning (Front end loading) and monitoring of resources including labour
(detailed manpower schedules for Site and office) & non labour (Machinery) using
productivity norms for ensuring effective utilization of time & cost
- Maintain Risk register, critical issue log and devise mitigation measures for different risk
based upon impact score using ARM
- Author Monthly, Weekly and Daily Reports for construction activities with all details of
project status, financial status, KPI’s, activity floats, critical activities identifications etc
- Review and monitor subcontractor planning, look ahead schedule and the status of
subcontractor’s log such as MARs, RFIs, NCRs and WIRs.
- Monitor subcontractor submissions on shop drawings, method statements, prequalifications
and materials to ensure that these items will not delay the site works and
the Project Contract Completion date.
- Monitor, review and verify the subcontractor’s Technical submittal schedule of method
statement & risk assessment (RAMS), shop drawings, materials, samples, etc.
- Work hand in hand with cost control dept. and procurement dept. for ensuring effective
cash flow and timely supply of materials
- Assisting the Commercial team on the assessment of Contractor’s Payment Applications.
- Preparation of correspondences and responses regarding Contractor’s delays
- Coordination with the Contracts and Commercial team for any issues and submissions
raised by the Contractor regarding claims on Scope Variations and Extension of Time
(EOT).

After graduation gained early experience through a wide range of construction and
engineering projects with major contractors which included the Shopping /Office mall at
Coco beach, and Hotel development at Kunduchi in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
- Responsible for setting out, executing and monitoring of works in accordance with the
drawings, specifications and schedule
- Day to day management of multiple projects including procurement and coordination
of subcontractor work progress
- Oversaw quality control, health and safety matters on site
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors
and the general workforce involved in the project
- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts
people and operatives; Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of
