• Supporting the deployment of cyber security technologies across critical assets, addressing risks in OT
and IT domains while implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on the
ISO 27001 Standard
• Developing and establishing cyber security standards, policies, procedures and management plans,
ensuring compliance and effective operational maintenance of related assets
• Collaborating with IACS/IT cyber security vendors and internal teams to facilitate the integration and

• Contributed to system & network design, including planning, developing and scheduling security solutions
with assistance from project leads
• Creation of FAT & SAT cases and documentation of solution including operating procedures
• Implemented VMware and Datacore (software defined storage) solution within the environment

• Designed, implemented, documented and managed daily operations of Syntric Cybersecurity solutions
and controls
• Monitored and analysed alarms, alerts and notifications from SIEM and Conductor
• Attended client site visits for installations, risk assessment on OT Networks and Conduct security audits to
identify vulnerabilities and recommended solutions
• Liaised with 3rd party vendors to deploy and maintain new or existing security solutions
• Worked towards information security management system (ISMS) to earn ISO 27001 accreditation
• Monitored network activity to identify and prevent Cyber attacks
• Configured switches, firewalls and monitored customer networks, including hardware and software
updates in Windows server/client environments

• End User support at all levels on MS Server / CentOS environment
• Data center management across multiple sites, including coordinating remote hands, patching and
cabling/rack mount duties
• Worked with numerous teams (Developers/operations etc) to set up the servers and platforms, including
servers for customers. Hosted platform is VMware ESXi.
• As Corporate IT personnel, deployed workstations and supported all queries on Wintel / Mac
environment. Also remotely supported the end user in APAC and EMEA Regions
