Handling all daily recruitment operations, such as: conducting phone interviews, inviting selected
candidates for interviews, emailing candidates, updating SW by the candidate’s statuses,
welcoming new candidates, following up the filling of application form and technical tests…etc.
* Handling the training operations, for example: training filing, follow up the training schedule with
the training providers…etc.
* Receiving the hiring papers from new employees and follow up in case of any shortfalls. Medical
insurance operational tasks.
* Following up the employees’ attendance.
* Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda
* Perform any assigned tasks related to HR as requested
* Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or
promotions.
