Me as a Purchasing manager is responsible for understanding, communicating with and assisting in the implementation of communication strategies at the local (market) level, including new or changing elements / services, P2P channel management and new suppliers.
The Purchasing manager collects data and business requirements and transmits local requirements for transfer to local business partners, local resource teams and market category groups above to develop procedures / strategies accordingly. It will communicate with relevant business stakeholders for a specific scope that focuses on the functions, production and productivity sites and locations of the market participants involved.
- Proactively understand the needs and requirements of work within the scope allocated to functional and plane requirements
- Data recovery, analysis, required representation, mapping process (P2P) and channels are operated, as directed, within the sites they serve, identification of targeted improvements
- Interact with local suppliers as required to assist in the development of any supplier, or provide supplier / switch activities as directed by taxonomic teams and sources
- Work with the Head of Procurement and Business Partners to integrate resource plans and outputs into local budgets and price planning processes
- As directed by the taxing and replenishment teams, you should integrate the renewal and update elements and cost-enhancing elements after being awarded from suppliers in all processes. Ensure that all supplies comply with EL-NILE suppliers' law and all audit proceedings are taken
- Provide information and support to PES, for example, a priority list of materials for risk analysis, inputs to risk analysis criteria.

Familiar with the strategic resource process, the S2P process and the cost drives of the responsible spending category (SAP - Perfecto ERP - Oracle - Siebel - Retail Pro) Experience
Receiving and distributing goods, direct sales, reporting, managing home delivery for exhibitions and e-commerce as well as solving customer problems in the after sales service sector
