•Attend FAT for the Equipment’s performance and Integrity. Check the Total integrity of HVAC equipment with HVAC control panel. Logics for Run, Alarm and Trip. Check HVAC control panel interface with F&G system.
•Review Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning procedures. Coordinate with site people and Supervising during HVAC-Construction-Commissioning-Answering site queries-to meet project requirements and compliance.
•Perform system studies to check the adequacy of existing HVAC unit capacities when new panels are added in existing facility.
•Conduct meeting with contractor for Progress/Any shortfall-ensuring projects is in line with target scheduled.
•Coordinate with site people during HVAC-Construction-Commissioning- Resolving site queries-to meet project requirements and compliance.
•Attend Attendance Design review, Constructability Review sessions, Risk Assessment session.
•Attend Client meetings.
•Respond to site queries.
•Interface with other disciplines (E&I, Structural, piping etc).
•Check installation, testing and commissioning works.
Buhasa Integrated Facilities Project (BUIFP)-
Provide technical assurance of HVAC design through appropriate application of Company technical standards and specifications.
Ensure HVAC Engineering activities are executed in alignment with Company’s Project Delivery Roadmap.
Act as Lead HVAC equipment focal point in the review of engineering deliverables ranging from engineering deliverables to RFC packages, commissioning procedures, ITPs, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluations, etc.
Drive technical assurance: Assure engineering and construction of HVAC equipment engineering discipline scope is carried out in compliance with required project standards and specifications.
Bab Integrated Facilities Project (BIFP)- Prepare HVAC Design, Perform HVAC Load Simulations, Develop Air Flow Diagrams, Duct Sizing, Equipment Schedules, Equipment Specification, D & I D, P & I D, Duct Layouts, Develop Control Specification, Material requisition, TBE, Vendor Drawing Review, Review Material Approval Sheets and Provide Construction support.
Provide Input to EDDR and IDC of other Disciplines. Attend Design Review.
Co-ordinate with Client for Approval of all Documents / Drawings.
