• Responsible in the Recruitment of Office Staff Members as well as Nail Technicians, Masseuses, Waxers and other Staff Needs of the Company;

• Supervised a cluster of transition teams and their Transition Consultants by being involved with Hiring Process conducting but not limited to:
o Organizing Validation Interviews, pre employment checks on short listed candidates
o Conducting New Hire Orientation/Induction on topics not limited to compensation, benefits, regularization and the like
o Conducting Communications and Culture Training/Product Specific Trainings;
o Overseeing the management of personnel records
o Making sure that the New Hires are well assisted on On the Job Trainings by their Supervisors/Team Leaders;
o Supporting the Line Managers in terms of correct policies and procedures
o Ensuring that Training and Development Courses are updated and are attended by employees thru workshops, briefings and the like to maximize personnel’s potential;
o Ensuring that appraisals of employees eligible for regularization or not be conducted in accordance with the Labor Laws
• Responsible in conceptualizing, creating and/or updating Human Resource policies and procedures compliant to existing Labor Laws, Coaching Modules, Subject Matters relevant to improve existing programs for the betterment of hiring processes and the output of such hiring;
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements, conducting investigations;
• Responsible in the Distribution of the New Hires being mindful of their strengths and opportunities complimenting those existing employees’ strengths and opportunities by working closely with Production Team Leaders/Supervisors thru Side by Side, Coaching, Quick Fire Feedback to creating Development Action Plans for their career growth in the future.
