Communicate with contractors, ensuring that the project are implemented and completed on approved budget based on the contract, plans, and specifications. Perform supervision, and construction management. Conduct site inspection on the fabrication of silos, spray drying tower, underground diesel tank, tank farm, and other powder plant equipment’s. Performs material receiving inspections and conduct off-site inspections. Verify all necessary updated/ latest documents and drawings are available and used during inspection. Ensure implementation is in compliance with contract requirements, and quality standards. Review Inspection and Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensures compliance with contract requirements.

Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and Method of Statements as submitted by the Contractors and ensures compliance with contracts requirements. Review QA/ QC Procedures and other related document as submitted by the Contractor’s and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements. Perform quality control inspection of all housing civil/ architectural works and road asphalting works. Frequently on site to monitor the quality and status of the project. Performs material receiving inspections and conduct off-site inspections for both road asphalting works and housing. Verify all necessary, updated/ latest documents and drawings are available and used during inspection. Coordinate with contractor regarding closure of villa punch list prior to handing over to general services (GS).

Checked/ Review plans and other related documents prior to Assessment of building Permit fees. Frequently on site to monitor various community/ local government projects. Prepare program of works of all community/ local government projects. Prepare weekly progress report. Prepare/ Submit monthly reports of the approved monthly building permits.

Implements the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives. Assists Senior Civil Engineer to ensure correct implementation of the project construction, specifications, and standards. Perform supervision and construction management. Prepare request for inspection checklist (RFI checklist) as required in the site. Ensure coordination of various activities between contractor and owner personnel. Review in process activities and able to report that is executed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Conduct daily site inspection of the project.
