• Developing and implementing the overall short, medium- and long-term plans/strategies for each property and the property management
• Managing to oversee new projects in line with approved strategies

• Secures property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Participates in the establishment of rental rates by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Monitoring the contaminated area within the site and monitoring the project for any contamination from gas marinating health, safety and environmental standards.
Supervise planning preparation & maintenance of surveying procedures such as the indexing of maps & documents.
