• Identify additional works of improvement and upgrades within contracts and report directly to Management.
• Maintain all relevant documentation to the highest standard - Work Record Sheets (WRS), Summary and Overtime Sheets, expense claims, purchase card and fuel card returns.
• Keep the helpdesk updated on all allocated reactive works - collate and return weekly PPM sheets, on-going call-out details, site contract listings, site addresses.
• Provide detailed written service reports, ensure maintenance log books are clear and legible, report any non-compliant issues, assist in corrective actions, report accidents and near misses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Management and colleagues, attend and contribute to staff appraisals, mentor less experienced colleagues, maintain all personal and vehicle records.
