 Ensuring all deliverables relating to MEP requirements is met as per the operational sequence and service level agreement.
 Witness testing & commissioning in conjunction with other stake holders including 3rd party.
 Ensuring that all specialized sub contracted staff used on operational delivery are approved and competent for the specific tasks. Review of specialized contractor’s performance bi-annual set objectives, SLA/KPI.
 Fully responsible for condition surveying, preparing of snagging/de-snagging reports, taking over and managing DLP & warranties of all new facilities falls within the assigned contract operational area.
 Manage and develop a clear strategy which provides a smooth handover from construction to operation and establish the handover procedures of the project.
 Fully responsible in implementing audits for in-house and out sourced staff from a technical perspective and arrange adequate training and motivating the staff for higher performance. And adding value to the contract through conducting maintenance reviews, trend analysis and identifying prevention solutions including energy management, waste management, recycling.
 Contributing to continuous improvement and business development opportunities within the contract
 Ensuring company policies and procedures are embedded into all areas of the business, including: HR, Finance and operational procedures.
 Prepareing annual OPEX and CAPEX budgeting requirements, financial forecasts and P&L’s;
 Budget for facility improvements for assigned contracts and manage monthly facility costs against budget.
