Main Function: Installs, services, adjusts and repairs ticket (TITO) system slot machines, currency changers, video arcade games and currency coin-handling equipment located in the shipboard Casino by performing the duties and responsibilities. The position is also responsible for maintaining and repairing signage and the computerized gym equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with MSC brand standards, environmental, and safety policies.
• Maintains a constant presence throughout the Casino. Walks around the Casino to assist guests and provide general information. Extends courtesy and helpful information to guests. Responds to guests complains in a considerate, professional manner by showing concern and listening actively. Takes ownership of guest concerns.
• Adjusts slot machines, video games, coin-handling, card shuffling and all other machines and equipment following manufacturer’s specifications, using hand tools. Conducts general maintenance, and/or service on all machines and equipment. Prepares requisitions for parts, tools, equipment, etc. and forward to Casino Management for approval.
• Prepares written authorization for jackpot payouts and presents to Cashier and or Casino Management based on established Casino Operations policies.
• Examines defective machines to determine causes of malfunction. Adjusts and repairs machines replacing worn or defective electrical or mechanical parts using hand tools.
• Performs related duties as required. This position description in no states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the shipboard employee occupying this position. Shipboard employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

Civil Site Engineer Task Description:
• Undertakes technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.

• Corrects any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements prior to final evaluation and project reviews.
Maintenance In-charge Task Description:
• Maintains the engineering and maintenance operations of the factory and other branches to ensure a high standard of building, HVAC system, machinery, furniture, fixture and equipment in all the departments and employees accommodation.
• Implements systems and procedures that ensure safety of employees, factory, machinery and property.
• Staffing and scheduling of the Maintenance Team and allocation of duties. Develops systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency.
• Operational Responsibilities: Implement the preventive maintenance plan, fire and safety programs, equipment, tools inventory, upkeep of engineering services with proper documentation. Implement up gradation/ renovation / replacement; for facilities and equipment.
• Ensures that all the engineering & maintenance activities/systems adhere to the standards/ efficiency /productivity levels that have been set for the unit.
• Recommends value addition to existing systems and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining all engineering related equipment particularly the HVAC system in proper and efficient operating condition during summer season. Maintain the fire safety system in the factory and employee’s accommodation
• Responsible for achieving tangibility of maintenance activities; timely completion of job orders.
Job Description: Responsible for the successful operation of the technical side of the Slot Department by verifying and maintaining consistency in the compliance of Company regulations and internal policies and procedures with regard to the movement and maintenance of slot machines.
