Project Description: The Skouries Project consisted of the construction.
of Concentrator Plant with the associated facilities to process the material
coming out from the gold-copper porphyry deposit of Halkidiki-Skouries area.
Responsibilities/Tasks: Analyze, evaluate, and forecast status against an
established baseline. Assessment of the impact(s) of design or construction
changes and schedule slippages. Report status of schedule to appropriate
project and Company management as well to the client.
Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this
information
Create, update, and maintain the Live & Baseline Construction Schedule of
Skouries Project through Primavera P6.
Resource Loading w/ Key QTYs & Manhours the Schedule and Schedule Risk
assessment.
Review and comment on all the construction schedules and progress reports
submitted by Contractors.
Technical Bid Evaluation of all Construction Packages in regards of Scheduling
& Controls perspective.
Participate in weekly progress meetings and attend monthly Executive
meetings.
Supervise and lead one team of five Senior Schedulers/Planners plus all Lead
Planning Engineers of Contractors.
Create custom KPIs & Trend Reports using PBI.

The Skouries Project consisted of the construction of Concentrator Plant with the associated
facilities to process the material coming out from the gold-copper porphyry deposit of Chalkidiki-Skouries area. The SKOURIES Project is divided by the following areas
1. Construction of Spiral Decline Tunel (7, 2 km)-Contract Amount: 39.000.000€

2. EPC (Engineering, Procurement of Materials & Construction) of the Process Plant-Contract Amount:133.000.000€
3. Karatzas Lakos Dam-Budget: 31.000.000€
4. Construction of Open Pit-Budget: 40.000.000€
5. Service Roads-Budget: 7.000.000€
Site Project Controls
Development and update of a work breakdown structure to subdivide project contracts, scopes, tasks, and deliverables into manageable components;
• Tracking contracts, scopes of work, purchase orders, as they relate to budget, contract commitments, schedules and progress;
• Tracking and coordinating all aspects of the approved budgets by cost centers (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc.)
• Updating and maintaining project schedules in accordance with approved work plans, long-term strategic plans and other schedule and plan tools;
• Prepare monthly cost, schedule and progress reports that include, at a minimum, the following:
o Schedule updates and sensitivity analysis;
o Progress reporting (all aspects);
o Cost variance analysis and reporting;
o Financial and contractual commitments;
o Project statusing; and
o Forecasts, budget updates and requests for budget changes.
