• Conduct weekly site visit to ensure all Engineering aspects match with our ACI ( Accreditation)
•Monitoring daily maintenance of all Mechanical activities in 29 HCs and 5 Pediatric Emergency PEC
•Review project drawings related to mechanical engineering and ensure its compliance with designs, contract requirement and its coordination with other discipline.
•Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements and good practice and those only approved materials are used.
•Coordinate installation, operation, maintenance, and repair activities of machines and equipment to assure its optimum utilization.
•Evaluate existing field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
•Identify gaps in the mechanical engineering plans and designs agreed and address the concerns to the related authorities to review and discuss.
•Review all subcontractor submittals related to mechanical engineering addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective.
•Ensure that completed works meet specifications and safety standards.
•Analyze information related to running project and prepare engineering reports on that regard to the management
• Initiate/ Propose Projects on each Years Budget
• Prepare SOP ( Scope Of Works) and BOQ ( Bill Of Quantities) for new projects.
•Plan and direct and implement Projects from Scratch ( Ducts modifications, PACU replacement, Centralized Dental Suction and compressor system, Centralized Filtration system..)
• Prepare PPM Schedule for Maintenance contractor
• Follow up on PPM and CM and analyze performance to generate KPI
• Prepare Infection control and OHS permits for new projects
• Coordinate between PHCC Engineering and HMC Engineering to ensure work is being carried out as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Member of Water Quality committee to improve Water Quality within the Health Care facilities.
• Testing and commissioning upon international Standards
• Project Conducted up to now: Installation of 50 Package Units, Installation of Split, window and Casset type AC units, Installation of new Irrigation and Circulation pumps, Installation of Air Curtains for all Entrance and Exits Doors, Installation of UV Lights and Filtration system, Replacement of All Water Storage Tanks by a convenient GRP water storage, Isolation Rooms pressure study, Dental Suction and compressor system, BMS, Duct heaters, RO systems for sterilization rooms and autoclave.
Operations Role:
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve
project goals.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time
Reporting regularly on progress to the client and to General Manager.
Report to HR about employees’ performance.
Finalizing invoices, following up collection with clients.
Ensure the required tasks in order to make sure the contractor is well served and satisfied of our
performance
Personal Handling of all the Operations in Qatar ( Stock Control, Payments, Site Installation,
inspection and coordination)
Coordination with Mechanical-Electrical contractors during installation of GRP sectional Water
Tank, Connections, Piping, Pumps, Skylights, Aluminium Cladding, Sunrooms, Sun houses.
Drawings and shop drawings review and approval.
Site inspection, testing and commissioning.
Marketing Role:
• Generating new sales for Qatari Market
• Getting approval for the new product from Consultants /Clients/local municipalities.
• Approving Quotations, Invoices, purchase orders, payment contracts.
• Personal achievement in the company’s Turn Over by having more than 5 M $ sales.

Sales and marketing work to develop new markets in Australia/New Zealand and Caspian countries. Work includes travelling for exhibitions, meeting new customers/ distributors and checking some projects installation.

• Conducting regular job site inspections, Supervision & Instructions
• Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule
• Identify and highlight possible risk on project
• Ensure that the main contractor’s HSE plan is being implemented and report all non conformance to the HSE manager
• Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager
• Weekly Reporting to Operation manager.
• Inspect site conditions prior to start of work activities and verify the compatibility of the site with designed work parameters
• Installation & Commissioning of Split, Package units, FCUs, AHUs, & Chillers with all accessories.
• Responsible for witnessing, Inspecting all ductwork and HVAC equipment installation for Main Control Building, Substations, Instrument equipment shelters HVAC Plant Rooms
• Ensure installation is as per applicable drawings and specifications.
• Checking material delivered to site for conformance with approved samples specifications.
• Co-ordination with all subcontractors for different activity of the project.
• Perform water tests on all completed plumbing, examining for brazing Welding/ sealing /leakages.etc
• Responsible for handling the entire process of project turnover starting from project initiation to the delivery stage.
• Meet with the General Contractor to keep the project on time and on budget.
• Review and approve Shop Drawings of equipment to be installed to assure the equipment meets or exceeds the specifications
• Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager
• Responsible for installing 3x 8 Km gas Pipelines
• Implement technical and safety requirements for the project
• Monitor, evaluate and ensure that all work is being carried out safely
• Pipes safety checking and inspection ( valves pressure safety)
