-Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
-Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
-Prepare and verify daily reports.

-Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
-Monitor and support taxation issues.
Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following dutiesin both languages French and English :
1-Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone.
2-Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
3-Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
4-Configure customer’s different types of E-mail clients like Outlook, Windows mail, Eudora, Incredimail, Mac mail and Thunderbird.
5-Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to Internet.
6-Obtain general understanding of OS and application.
7-Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
8-Support Internet protect and data protect.
-Prepare and verify daily reports.
-Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry.
-Prepare authorized refund vouchers.
-Compile monthly reports.
-Monitor and support taxation issues.
-Prepare financial management reports.
