Job Tasks:
• Review the Preparation of the integrated Project Management Plan, and Master sub-plans.
• Reviewing and comment for incoming Schedules baselines from contractors.
• Reviewing and comment for incoming Schedules updates from contractors.
• Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reports which submitted from contractors and verifying consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility.
• Reviewing and verifying productivity analysis of construction operations.
• Reviewing and comment schedule resource loading, leveling and schedule crashing.
• Conducting weekly progress meetings, as well as technical and coordination meetings amongst main stakeholders (Project Manager, consultant, contractor), as necessary.
• Responsible for issuing and presenting required reports by Top Management.
• Provides supervision and assistance to planners in the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan.
• Recommends alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision
Project: Transferring Raw Water from Nile to New capital (consortium project)/ Head Office - (EGP 29 Billion).
Job Tasks: (Till now the project is hold according to delay in advance payment) Review the Preparation of the integrated Project Management Plan, and Master sub-plans. Calculating and reviewing with top management resources needs (Formwork - Equipment) Conducting and preparing with top management Tender Schedule with Primavera and Tilos
Projects : AL MASSA Al-Alamein Hotel - (EGP 10 Billion).
Job Tasks: Preparing commissioning baseline schedule for of all buildings. Preparing and reviewing baseline schedule for cap floor building. Monitoring the performance of Contractor(s) using Primavera updates, excel spreadsheets and Photos monitor sheet. Review & Supervises schedule resource loading. Preparing recovery schedule for steel work of cap floor. Reviewing and submitting weekly/monthly Progress Reports to the client. Reviews and evaluates schedule durations for all activities relative to the support of project milestones.

Projects : Al Alamein Hotel Refurbishment - (EGP 700 Million).
Job Tasks:
* Review the Preparation of the integrated Project Management Plan, and Master sub-
plans.
* Conducting weekly progress meetings, as well as technical and coordination
meetings amongst main stakeholders (Project Manager, consultant, contractor), as
necessary.
* Performs and/or coordinates, collects, verifies, and integrates the work scope for all
entities into the total project plan. Reviews the representation of project scope in
schedules, Prepares and analyzes comparisons of scope.
* Performs productivity analysis of construction operations and verifies.
* Reviews and evaluates schedule durations for all disciplines activities relative to theproject milestones.
* Review & Supervises schedule resource loading, leveling and schedule crashing.
* Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility.
* Responsible for issuing reports required by Project Manager & Top Management.
* Supports development of scheduling standards and procedures.
* Preparing a compensable claim (Time & Cost) using window analysis method.
* Preparing a mitigation schedules.
* Monitoring the performance of Contractor(s) using Primavera updates, excel

* Preparing trend analysis for the overall project and each area using “SPI”.
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations for Top management meetings.

* Performs Tender Schedule to show time frame for executing this project.
* Performs and/or coordinates, collects, verifies, and integrates the work scope for all
entities into the total project plan. Reviews the representation of project scope in
schedules, Prepares and analyzes comparisons of scope between original scope and any
changes on scope.
* Reviews Subcontractors Schedules to match construction baseline.
* Performs and Supervising for Construction baseline Schedule.
* Performs productivity analysis of construction operations and verifies.
* Reviews and evaluates schedule durations for all disciplines activities relative to the
support of project milestones.

schedules, Prepares and analyzes comparisons of scope and quantities.
* Performs productivity analysis of construction operations and verifies.

* Responsible for developing the detailed schedules for the Engineering, Procurement
and Construction phases of the project.
* Reviewing contractors’ schedules; compiling, updating, and analyzing project’s
master schedule.
* Establishes milestones for the total project or major portions of the project.
* Evaluates schedule durations for all disciplines activities relative to the support of
project milestones.
* Prepare the schedule resource loading and leveling. Determines quantity and
manpower levels in support of the project needs and schedule philosophy.
* Preparing cost and time estimates for potential variations and time extensions.
* Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
