Construction Supervision:
* Review RFI’s, ITP’s, Method Statement, Material Submittal, Project Quality Plan, Shop
Drawings & Structural Engineering Calculation for Structural works as per project
procedure and policy.
* Review the materials delivery inspections to site and ensuring the compliance to the
project specification and requirements.
* Conduct structural inspection and supervise the Contractor’s performance against
approved Project Quality Plan, Method Statement and ITP’s.
* Coordinate with Project Manager any test required for the project such as on-site,
offsite & laboratory test inspections.
* Check the daily record and report the daily physical progress of the Structural works
made by the Contractor in the format agreed with the Project Manager.

* Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the monthly Project status report as
per PM requirements. Coordinate regular site walkthrough to ascertain that structural
works are proceeding in accordance with project requirements.
* Advised on any Structural Engineering potential problems, issues and deficiencies
identified to the Project Manager in timely manner.
* Conduct and Monitor the completion of Punch List when required.
Design:
* Prepared design calculation using STAAD-V8i, Spreadsheets & Manual Calculation as
required.
* Prepared design reports in-line with Codes (BS, ASCE, UBC & QCS). Responds to
technical queries comments and interface with others on technical matters.
* Ensure that the implementation and development related to structural design and
sketches to be incorporated in drawings by designers/drafters

Construction Supervision:
Completed the review of the contract, the tender and bid documents and maintain close links with the partners of a consortium or joint venture (J/V).
Develop and implemented the revision of the Project Execution Plan, monitoring the progress of the project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality estimates and objectives
Develop and controls that the level of performance is in accordance with the Contract specifications, that the costs fall within the estimate limits, and that the execution time of the project phases progresses as set down in the contract.
Develop and organized the utilization of the human resources, assets, materials, Contractors, and anything else, plans the necessary procedures for the execution of the project.
Played an integral role regarding the technical close-out of the project in observance of the coordination requirements connected with the work progress
