Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Owner and Owner Representative, Developer and Developer Representative, Contractor(s), Sub-Contractor(s), design architects and engineers.
Assume primary responsibility for overall project quality, cost and time during the construction phase of a project.
Advise Client and/or Client Representative on project status major setback, critical situations, recommended action in a timely manner.
Assure compliance with construction design guidelines.
Management oversight of the consultant supervision team, Contractor(s) team and construction process in accordance with contract requirements.
Review engineering plans and specifications.
Monitor resources projections in coordination with Contractor(s) and ensure projects are managed within budget.
Perform required coordination with project Architects, Engineers and Sub-Contractor(s).
Report project progress.
Review project cost reports and implementing cost control procedures.
Facilitate project meetings during the construction of a project and provide follow-up meeting notes and action as necessary.
Strongly manage the performance of specialist Sub-Contractor(s).
Review all contractual matters (technical change orders, variation orders, claims, Interim payment applications certification, extension of time claims, prolongation cost claims, handing over procedure implementation, and issue recommendation to Client and/or Client Representative for final review and approval.

Doha South Terminal Pumping Station for ASGHAL (Public Works Authority), Quality Control Engineering, Design Verification and Supervision of works (on going). SOW covers all geotechnical works, infrastructure, micro tunneling, civil works, MEP works, architectural and external works.
