-Technical - to keep all layouts, following the technical descriptions. Install all equipment in a safe way,
following the drawings, advice the technical team in case of any issues.
-SHE - the required Safety, Health & Environmental standards are being achieved
-Regulatory - all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met
-Reporting - regular and timely reporting of project progress to the sponsors
-Risk - to proactively manage foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary
-Change - managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits

B) Start up M&E works for a Public Healh Care Facility inTranent City. Located in the East Lothian town of Tranent on the outskirts of Edinburgh, Tranent Care Home is a purpose built 60 bedded property offering Dementia and Nursing care.
- Coordinate and support the design team to effectively deliver design deliverables which have been reviewed for procurement and build-ability
- Revision for design drawings and check if can roll these out on site, sugest any changes required by constructability and technical implementation.
- Plane the minimum required manpower an level of qualification for subcontractors. Organize the M&E works start

• Julius Berger International GmbH - Wiesbaden
• M&E Site Supervisor at Central Bank of Nigeria - Lagos December - 2012 - June 2013
(fixed term contract)

Responsible for remaining M&E works on 24 floor high building, the new build central office of Nigerian Central Bank - Lagos.
Called by the company to urge and accelerate the already 1, 5 year delay M&E and finishing works, and prepare the building for commissioning, my main duty is to: - Recheck all installed equipment's (generators, water treatment plant, chiller groups, firefighting system, and plumbing network on finished floors in accordance with British Standards.
- Test and rework all electrical installations to be in accordance with the British Standards.
- Guide and help the main subcontractor to reach their daily and monthly target and respect the time schedule.
- Organize the site activity for maximum efficiency. Monitor and check all ongoing M&E works and prepare the work plane for one week in front.
- To keep in touch with the resident engineers regarding to all major site issues and inform them.
- Discuss with active partners (company representatives and subcontractors) about remaining works and coordinate it for best performance and results. Organize the commissioning for building services.
- Prepare parts (floors) and the whole building for handover to client

♦ Crown & Champa Island Resorts Group
♦ Chief Engineer at +5* Veligandu Island Resort January. 2012 - November 2012

Responsible for all engineering works over the island. The hotel resort is one whole island with own power plant, water desalinization plant, sewage water treatment, incinerator, water bottling unit, an all typical facilities for a +5* hotel. The number of villas are 96 and 56 are situated over the sea water in two bays.
Main duties: Develop, implement and direct all Emergency Programs; ensure all equipment is maintained, conduct inspections and drills, ensure compliance with all codes and regulations, train all employees and maintain accurate records to ensure a safe environment which protects the asset, guests and employees.
2. Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.
3. To build 6 new beach villas and 18 water villas - part of facility extension program for 2012.

4. Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed for minimal cost.
5. Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's budget capital expenditure plan
6. Develop, implement and manage a maintenance program and negotiate maintenance contracts for the hotel, the grounds and all of the equipment.

To extend the emergency power supply system with 2 x 2.5 MW Cummings generators supplied by Army for Arad Airport extension. Design and implement the concept according with client, submit documentation, care about all aspects of execution, including logistic and manpower.

a) Refurbish and start up the Iraq's most famous 5* "AL Rasheed" Hotel Baghdad
Taking all mechanical and low voltage aspect of work. Coordinate from mechanical & electrical side the renovation of 496 room hotel, define the cost and scope of the project and oversee the subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed for minimal cost. Planning of resources required to complete the MEP items of the project. Liaise with the Head Office for the purpose of support services and procurement of resources. Daily checking and arranging manpower, equipment, and materials as per job requirements.
Close monitoring of daily works, site supervisor's and site staff to do the works in time. Daily follow-up & coordination with client, contractors, & TPI agencies. MR rising from site and finalization and placement orders time to time. Monthly quantity survey as per tender BOQ with actual work checking and billing. Attending of weekly / monthly meetings with main contractors and clients to review the project progress to compare with the project schedules.
Budget frame: 368 mil USD - number of employees (average) 360
b) Start up the build the new extension for British Embassy building in Baghdad
Oversee and manage the design, installation, construction and prepare all documentation for the final financial to client and after acceptation implement all accepted changes: in water supply systems; sewerage systems; fire suppression systems; electrical cables and wiring; facility electrical utility equipment and distribution lines. -Full revision for HVAC system, and design the extensions, Balance the system.
Design a new fire detection and surprising system, and install one separated pump group for new sections.
Install all equipment for the extended kitchen and dining room. Applied same procedures for the extended meeting saloon. Budget frame: 12, 6 mil USD

♦ "Oasis Water" - All Morrell Development Ltd Iraq - Baghdad - Tikrit (former Al Sahara) (COB "Victory" & COB "Spicher") February 2007 - June 2009

a) Maintenance manager in bottled water plant - Tikrit -Iraq

Develop Preventive Maintenance Plan for all electrical, plumbing heating/cooling and security installations at designed site area, four plant based offices and field offices. Keep in run one bottled water plant with all facilities, and reduce to max possible the downtime.
Managing the spare parts stock, for lowest value of inventory. Maintenance for plastic bottle blowing machines (SIPA), bottle fillers, packaging machines, power generators, freezers, chillers, cooling towers, reversible
osmosis systems, water purification systems, all raw water sources and huge water tanks and balloons, trucks, forklifts, auto-park, bathrooms, dormitories, kitchens, HVA C cooling systems, small air-condition units.

b) Construction Site Manager - Tikrit

To build and set up 1 full equipped water purification and bottling plant from ground "O".
The army contractor produce all for their needs- plastic caps, plastic bottles, stretch film, wood pallets for the 168.000 bottles of bottled water. This activity supposed to handle a large quantity of materials (plastic resin, plastic roles, large number of spare parts for all production process, plastic molding and blowing units, bottling lines, packing lines and chemicals) . The total surface (built in) of plant was 127.000 sqm with high level of hygiene and very restrictive condition to ambient temperature (the higher accepted level was 22 C gr.) . All this was built at only 50 miles distance from Saudi dessert. Conduct, plan and supervise maintenance procedures for all mobile equipment like tracks, all size forklifts, loaders, cranes and heavy earth moving engines to ensure the immediate availability status for all of them.

Responsible to ensure implementation of PMP for all areas, for the estimation and drawing of all new projects or refurbishment for officers or civilian employees. Identify maintenance needs in the site area and attend to them in a timely and professional manner. Responsible Identify maintenance staff training needs and recommend means and methods for staff capacity building and skills development. Conduct technical inspection of maintenance related projects and equipment. Monitor the use of POL and conduct evaluations of usage and effects on environment.
Responsible to produce weekly report on major maintenance related activities and any other task assigned from time to time by the Mil Camp Administration Director. Responsible for various camp and maintenance services which will include vector control, fire and safety, water and waste water, solid waste, housekeeping and laundry services as well as all maintenance services that will include generators, vehicle fleet, plumbing, electrical, HVACR, fabrication and kitchen maintenance.

Complete reconstruction, including the heating, cooling systems, water supply system and endowment, for kitchen and laundry, terrace, outside none covered swimming pool, except the 4 elevators.
Budget 11, 4 mil $.
2. Al Fara'a Group" - Beirut - Lebanon: refurbish the Coral Suites "Al Hamra" Hotel - Beirut- 360 double/ single rooms. Frame budget: 13, 6 mil USD

3. Complete electrical and mechanical installations for the" Regatta" Villa complex (6 different buildings) . The final price of the complex stood at 5, 35 mil $.
4. Total refurbishment for one hospital (230 beds) - all facilities and auxiliaries and services, including all civil works.
5. Other three 3 *hotels situated in mountain regions of country (Romania), but less number of rooms - till to 120 beds. Almost low budgets, less than 1 mill. $
6. Building complex for 180 refugees - with all facilities (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, small power "plant", central heating system, and another complex for security personnel.

Remade and renews damaged/old gas and oil purification station components, including the pneumatic and hydraulic commands, and make spare parts for future users. All steel works for "Csepel Island" oil terminal situated on Danube River (industrial port)
Build frames, holders, different steel structures for field sites. Refurbishing big size valves (low pressure), Repairing large diesel engines and different parts for fluvial boats and dredgers and some heavy engines for surface mine - crushers with gyro sphere system, washing equipment, Portable Closed Circuit Crushing Plant W/HP300 Cone, one "Pielstick" generator, and other mobile equipment for middle size open cut mines and heavy earth moving works.

This activity include all tool machines, more than 80; cranes; pneumatically hand tools, big carousel-lathe ( max 3m diameter), linear lathe, milling machine, bohrwerks, portal hollers, rail cranes, cutting robots, mechanical and hydraulically presses till to 1.000 ton force, paint robots, etc

The company was specialized in design and construction the specific equipment and machinery industry alcohol, soft drinks, beer and industrial starch. Execute and put in function completely installations for beverage, mineral water, and alcohol processing and bottling factories an all territory of country. In same time execute spare parts and maintenance for all delivered installations.
Responsibilities: To produce and deliver on time one large scale of installations and aggregates: heating and boiling recipients - open and under middle pressure, or high pressured tanks.
Alcohol distillation and refining towers madden from stainless steel or copper.
Install and start up two CO2 (carbon dioxide) liquefying and bottling stations.
The most important work was 4 completely implemented alcohol, glucose and amide producing factories. Obtaining experience in non-conventional technologies (plasma cutting machine, copper and stainless-steel welding; x-ray and ultra-sound welding control) . Also large experience in low and middle/high pressure steel tank constructions, and large reservoirs.
