* Expertise and competence in Piping Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Mechanical complications, including equipment installation (Static & Rotating).
* Inspecting the welding joints and follow up the welding procedures and other quality measures for client satisfaction.
* Overall control of the workmanship including workers, supervisors, draughtsman in the site and workshop.
* Controlling jobs in more than two sites at the same time, including material and consumables arrangement.
* Handling and preparing Hydro test packs & Pre- commissioning plans including site activities and Mechanical completion activities.
* Well familiar and Personal involvement in Drafting by using Auto cad.
* Good experience in estimating cost, time and resource requirements for discipline Engineering work in cooperation with Project Engineers.
* Preparation of Isometrics from P&ID for marine piping systems for easy execution.
* Preparation and review of piping layout.
* Preparation of Material Specification and M.T.O for proper material control.
* Preparing miter bend calculations and pipe wall thickness calculations according to the given pressure and temperature.
