• Plans the required annual budget for department needs (financial, HC, .etc)
• Responsible for determining annual materials planning forecast (MRP)
• Manage the products ordering schedule and scheduling of material flow according to forecasted customer's requirements.
• Revise production schedules when required due to bill of materials changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, or production.
• Manage, Develop, implement and maintain proper order flow quantities to support sales, inventory, and profitability. This includes the continuous evaluation, review and optimization of inventory turns and inventory levels.
• Communicate with purchasing department to insure the necessary materials to meet the production plan.
• Review documents, such as production schedules, Production Job orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or planning control measures.
• Record inventory data, including inventory shortages, excess inventory and end-of-life materials or write off.
• Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, or materials use.
• Integrate business related activities for various functions (Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning "MRP" and Materials Handling) in order to achieve the predetermined target.
• Serves as liaison between business partners (Purchasing, Production and Sales) to achieve the predetermined planning required.
• Sets the annual IOP, KPIs for the assigned responsibilities, and sets the training plan for team members.
• Establishing, developing and setting policies and procedures for planning rules, planning data accuracy, inventory levels, materials availability measurements and reporting.
• Managing procedures for updating database components in ERP and other Planning systems.

• PLANNING & MRP Senior Engineer.
