Constantly portraying a highly professional image of the hotel and paying particular attention to guest satisfaction and efficiency.
 Handle the tasks of posting and balancing charges and settlements for room service and facilities
 Perform responsibilities of maintaining files, and resetting the systems for the next day’s operations
 Responsible for closing and balancing all room account, counting and balancing cash and credit card receipts
 Perform the tasks of verifying and balancing vouchers, investigating out-of-balance situations, and running a trial balance report
 Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that great quality service is provided to guests
 Deal with complaints and problems
 Answer queries of guests about various information and services of the hotel
